This “White Paper” summarizes the professional data provided by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, alliance members and industry authoritative reports, and combines user sampling and statistical methods to conduct large-scale broadcast and on-demand video services for DVB, telecom IPTV, OTT TV, mobile terminal video.
