Deckscom helps Jiangsu mobile’s OTT TV business quality assurance

In this project, the company is mainly responsible for passive OTT TV quality of service monitoring, through the OTT set-top box and home gateway deployed in depth packet detection (DPI) based on the QoS module of the user experience quality (QoE), HLS live/on demand video and IP network quality of service (QoS) statistical analysis, so that the network dimension. Therefore, Jiangsu Mobile urgently needs to deploy end-to-end OTV service quality assurance. The system can handle user complaints quickly, improve the quality of OTT user experience, and ensure the benign development of OTV business.
